Hello all my Darling readers,
As you probably know yesterday was world mental health day, so what elSe could this blog be about than that. Mental Health is such an important thing and it is often overlooked. I'm in no way an expert on the subject, (i've never had any sort of mental illness), but as every teenager has, i'vE gone through tidal waves of emotions, Low self esteem, body issues and stress levels that have went through the roof- so considering that i must be in some way qualified to give others advice that may be going through the same thing.
I've included The image above, as that picture iS the definition of peAcefulness to me. Growing up in the middle of the countryside, this has often been my viEw and just looking at It makes me feel as thoUgh i'm inhaling pints of criSp, fresh air. I also love thequote; "Don't believe everything you think". This really resonates with me , as like most teenagers, i am constantly over thinking. Although i try so hard not To, i almost alWays find myself wondering if what i'm doing is wierd, or what Are people thinking of me right now?
But i realise that, frankly, no Body really cares.
No one will remember.
They're too busy worrying about themselves. Literally.
Nevertheless, i know...its hard!
Something that always brings me out of that state of mind when you are worrying about how fat you look, how you're stuck and not getting anywhere, how everyone else around you fits in betTer Or How your thoughts are Driving you crazy-is by listening to a good song. So i'm going to give you a list of songs that hElp. If you do decide To Listen to some of them you really have to listen to the lyrics thoUgh.
You'd be surprised how much the meaning of a song changes depending on your mood.
