do this for even just an hour a day! Thirty years or so ago people didnt Even have mObiles! It couldnt be healthy spending up to four hours a day on one! (And four hours is the average for a teenager!)
Let go. Dont stress. You wont care or Even remember in a year, or a month or maybe even a week!
