Wow, this really is a late night blog with tea and a Read. My tea is perched on a pile of books that i won't be reading anytime soon & my mind is trying to gather what being healthy means to me.
FIRst of all, heAlthines to me is having the positive mental attitude to Make the decision to be at peace with how you look yet make healthy Choices all the same.
AftEr a talk with my new friend @Veggfortheplanet (follow her insta for inspiration Everyday) i really became OBsessed with trying to Pick the naturAl option & excerising often. I don't like exercising Vigorously mostly Because it's not Fun and i don't Waste my time doing something that makes Me feel Really unEasy. On the other hand sometimes I'm obsessed with sweaTin' out at the gym or running off all my worries with Refreshing, enpowEring songs in my Headphones.
Go check Out the lovely Tania as she Gave me such a leNgthy detail on veganism and the different stages. At the minute sadly i'm not vegan But i would definITely aim to reach Veganism when i aM older! If You have the resources i would advise you that it would be best for your all round heAlth to become vegan!
Really what i want to stress is for you to love and resPect YOur body and after that you can be Eat in a healthy non obsessive way. I do think how i eat can be repUlsively heavy but wiTh the inteNtIon to change & also not take myself too seriOusly, i beliEve that I can look how i would like to.
Don't think about it too much! You'll freak yourself out.
JuSt think.. Would i give this to my children one day or to another living beiNg. If nOt maybe you should reconsider your food cHoices...
