This is a very simple little challenge but one I love to watch on youtube. I thought I should just apply the same principles here... no editing or changing, no pictures. well maybe one before I start. So basically I'm setting a ten minute timer to talk about, well... me. SO here goes.
Earlier, I saw a picture on Instagram that really resonated with me and I don't know why I even remembered it. it said don't give up, your younger self is watching you living your dreams. Recently I've had a lot of people say "you can't". That maybe i'm not good enough, or not pretty enough, not skinny enough or too skinny. And it's just awful and wrong. I am actually thankful for being told I can't do things because it makes me get up and try again.
I'm a firm believer in that you create your own destiny. Things for me have actually fallen into place extremely well and I credit that to removing myself from worry and knowing that everything works itself out.
In my last blog I talked about how I would be writing a December to do list and I did, of course and I'm so happy to have something to stick by. I encourage you to be motivated. Write down something you really want to do. Go on don't be afraid. Write it down. Read it. Why can't you just work hard to do it?
This week has been different in that we all (my friends) learnt of a shocking tragedy which actually directly impacted a friend of mine. Life is too short to bog yourself down and distort your self image. You are everything you believe yourself to be. In life bad things help to build your character. In life we have to love ourselves to move forward.
Oh my god. My alarm is a dog barking and it was terrifying. Times up. see you sunday!
